Bio 205L
Core set of Knowlege that we cover from Bio 205L:
- microscopy
- pipetting
- working with solutions (though I don't know if students have to make them up)
- understanding pH
- some protein extraction and gels
- DNA mini-preps
- Calibrating an analytical balance is one detail (it is on the practical final)
- Making log plots and charting data
- Counting cells with a spectrophotometer
- Proper waste management
